23.01.2022 BASTA! NSW RESIDENTS AND TAX PAYERS HAVE HAD ENOUGH! Premier Gladys Berejiklian has a long list of over ambitious infrastructure projects, for which the general public and the Opposition can never see the Business Plan or Return on Investment (ROI) calculations, until typically 5 years after they are finished, and the NSW Auditor-General Dept finally gets their hands on un-redacted Business Plans for them. We now know that the NSW Treasury does not have the funds to com...plete the T3 Conversion to Metro, starting the Metro West or building the Western Harbour Tunnel + Beaches Link. Premier Berejiklian and NSW Treasury have been playing the "3 shells and a pea game" to spin their ability fund all this infrastructure for 2 years now. We are hearing that unofficial agents have been trolling Chinese mega businesses to elicit unsolicited finance and then build some of this proposed infrastructure. Don't be surprised if the finance secured for Metro West is shuffled over by NSW Treasury to allow the conversion of T3 Bankstown Line to Metro to be completed first! We know that Premier Berejiklian and Treasurer Dominic Perrottet are scanning their NSW Assets Registers to flog off anything not nailed down by legislation - forests, Crown lands, sports stadiums, to name a few - that can be used to fund uneconomic infrastructure projects, such as Sydney Sports Stadium and pay for the cost overshoot on Sydney + SE Light Rail. THE CHARADE OF OVER DEVELOPMENT AND GIVING PRIORITY TO THE EXPECTATIONS OF "THE TOP END OF TOWN", WHO PULL THE STRINGS ON THE BEREJIKLIAN LED GOVERNMENT, WILL EVENTUALLY COLLAPSE WHEN VOTERS REALISE THAT THE OUTCOMES ARE A SYDNEY THAT PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO VISIT AS TOURISTS ANYMORE, AND THAT RESIDENTS CANNOT AFFORD TO LIVE IN ANYMORE!

18.01.2022 GLADYS WILL CARRY THE SHAME FOR THE DEMOLITION OF WILLOW GROVE IN PARRAMATTA The demolition of Willow Bank will be the latest symbol for 9 years of destruction of heritage buildings in Parramatta and Sydney, by LNP governments led by Premiers O'Farrell, Baird and now Berejiklian. Never let a building of heritage or architectural significance stand in the way of development and helping their mates in the top end of town make a "windfall profit"!

14.01.2022 REIMAGINING PARRAMATTA: A PLACE TO DISCOVER AUSTRALIA'S MANY STORIES Parramatta residents need to tell the Berejiklian government what they want in their city -... the 2nd oldest in Australia! So far Premier's O'Farrell, Baird and Berejiklian have been more interested in listening to lobby groups who act on behalf of "the top end of town" - Property Council of Australia, Urban Task Force, Committee for Sydney, etc. The NSW elections on 23-mar-2019 is a great time to tell Premier Berejiklian what they want done in Parramatta a real museum for Parramatta and western Sydney, not a hand-me-down, recycled Powerhouse Museum for Harris St Ultimo. funding in full the replacement Parramatta War Memorial Pool that was demolished to make room for an unnecessary rebuild of the Parramatta Stadium re-purposing the old Cumberland Hospital Hospital for a museum, art galleries, performance spaces, artist studios, craft workshops and exhibition spaces not to demolish 40+ historic buildings, such as Willow Grove, St George Terrace and almost 40 buildings at the Fleet Street Heritage Precinct https://theconversation.com/reimagining-parramatta-a-place-

08.01.2022 Well done to David Shoebridge of the Greens and all MLCs, Labor or crossbenchers, who voted to re-open the NSW Parliament Upper House Inquiry into destruction of the existing Powerhouse Museum at Harris St, Ultimo. 06.01.2022 GLADYS BEREJIKLIAN IS TRASHING THE POWERHOUSE MUSEUM AT ULTIMO BECAUSE SUPPORTERS OF THE LIBERAL PARTY WANT THE HARRIS ST SITE FOR WINDFALL PROFITS FROM A HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT Darren Steinberg, CEO at property developer Dexus, sat on the board of the Powerhouse Trust until August 2019. It appears he quietly left the board back in August. Informed observers will not be shocked if Dexus is awarded development rights on the Powerhouse Museum site at Harris Street Ultimo in the near future
