24.01.2022 Partner Visa Processing Times The processing times published on the Department of Home Affairs website are "average" processing times. The reality is that the top quality, well prepared partner visa applications are (usually) processed significantly faster than the published processing times. Why? Well if you had monthly targets to meet, like the Department's decision makers do ... wouldn't you assess the quality applications first? It certainly makes sense to us!

A person can enter into 2 approved spouse, de facto partner or prospective spouse (fiancé) sponsorships ... and then it's game over unless compassionate and compelling circumstances apply. ...
