25.01.2022 We have finished our first weekend of trading. We are now closed again until Friday 11 September 2020. It was great meeting so many new people and we look forward to meeting so many more. Just a reminder that until our renovations are complete, we are open for take away alcohol, coffee, cakes, slices, pies & sausage rolls for limited days/hours.

24.01.2022 ******RENOVATION UPDATE****** The parts for our new beer system arrived Friday afternoon & the beer plumber is coming on Monday to start the installation. We have an 8 tap font being installed - so we are welcoming suggestions for which specific beer to have on tap. This morning it was an early start with the boys from Matt Pearson Electrical working on the next stage of our electrical plan.... Finally it’s all starting to come together There is still a lot to do, but feeling excited about the progress. Don’t forget that our bottle shop & coffee bar are open Friday, Saturday & Sunday each week. 18.01.2022 ***RENOVATION UPDATE*** This weekend the bar top has been installed & it looks better than expected. It now needs a few coats of something to seal it up and then the 8 tap font can be installed and beer system connected. There is still more tiling to be done as well as some painting & other fiddly bits which will just take time, but the aim is to have the pub open before Christmas!

17.01.2022 We have had a request over the weekend for Gluten Free beer, which is something that we hadn't previously considered. But it makes sense, we have some delicious Gluten Free cakes & slices, so why not also ensure that we have a Gluten Free beer option. So keep an eye out in store for Hahn Ultra Crisp (hopefully available from Friday).
