22.01.2022 For many of us, we have really come to understand the influence of a planet going retrograde this year. As you may know, it appears the planet goes backwards during a retrograde, things slow down while there is an opportunity to understand and heal aspects of ourselves and our lives influenced by a particular planet and its qualities. This year we have had retrograde after retrograde, so lots of slowing down, lots of delay, lots of in your face lessons and issues to face. It...’s been quite a year!! We have Venus in retrograde at the moment, quite a rare planet to have in retrograde, so make the best of this influence for another 17 days until it goes forward again. Mend those nets around relationships on all levels and allow the heart to take some new risks to love and being loved, to forgive, to accept, and to have deeper compassion for self and others. If you can manage some of this, then joy will abound. There is less tension and therefore greater ease in November, so enjoy the motivation the stress brings and then let is all go as we head towards an auspicious and positive time throughout that month. Melt the barriers to love. See those barriers as just a thin sheet of ice.

22.01.2022 Have you had a tough year? Many have, me included. As I have already shared, much of that was the slowing down that occurred due to so many planets in retrograde. In my practice I noticed so much more depression showing up, as the slowing down gave the opportunity for some to see the places in their psyche where the ground is not firm. They got bogged, and the benefit to that is that they were obliged to look at that area of themselves. The good news is, that 2019 does not ha...ve that intensity to it with retrogrades. A more swift flow will allow us to experience the benefits of what was faced and transformed through all the bogging and recognition that occurred this year. Today our dear friend Mercury goes retrograde. Yes we always groan, knowing it will show up somewhere in our communications or equipment of communication. Groan not my dear friends, and see Mercury for its true face. Mercury is curious and fearless to dive deep into the psyche. It thirsts for understanding. It has energy to do this, so use this energy creatively to really dig up those old patterns that are out of date. Mercury is the divine medium of communication. It mediates between the higher realms and our ordinary mind to bring greater clarity to our lives. Don’t get distracted by the confusions around messages that get relayed differently than you expected. Be mindful of being too quick to react with your communications. 18.01.2022 Its new moon today. New beginnings and time to re-ajust yourself to the new cycle of the month, getting your motivation clear of how and what you want to see manifest, on all levels. The light and intensity is shining into all the dark corners of your life. Clean them up and plant new seeds of intention. The new moon is in Scorpio, so that is never without a level of intensity. Use the intensity to look deeply and closely at what is behind those motivations and intents. Clea...r any double messages and coverups, so your motivation is clear. Like being at the top of a hill and having a round object like a small tyre. Align it and let it go and according to the terrain, it should roll far into your future. With the Scorpio influence you may find yourself really facing some difficult realities. Let that happen and liberate yourself through the facing of whatever that might be. Tomorrow , after quite a challenging year, our favourite planet of abundance and expansive positive energy, Jupiter moves from Scorpio into its home of Sagittarius. 06.01.2022 Full moon yesterday, sorry I got busy in a Taurean Busy way, so here I am today still in the glow of the full moon in Taurus. Well we have that strong influence of Venus retrograde, so that is highlighted, meaning issues of relationships on all levels are highlighted. Time to rethink how you want relationships to look and to be. Use this influence to really make new choices if the old ways are now too old and cease to really serve you. Money is a quality Taurus is always in...volved in in some way or rather, so look closely at how you are with money, and let the stable earthy thinking of Taurus steer you towards more stability in that matter. Money is not just monetary, but value and self worth, and these issues are not separate. So look closely at the areas you project little value or worth to others about yourself. They will respond to your signals. Transform the signals that undervalue you. Listen you your inner guidance and follow it.

05.01.2022 The moon has just turned full and in Gemini. Now many would assume, me included that it would be difficult to meditate on a Gemini full moon. Not so. I have just held a class and it was sublime. The mercurial energy had an alertness to it that enabled the skilled practitioners to use that alertness and stabilize the mind. The new ones to the practice got washed away in the activity of the energy. They struggled. My moon is in Gemini, so I have noticed that the energy the moon... is bringing is allowing me to be busy in a constructive, creative way. So don’t be afraid of this powerful moon. Harness the energy and enjoy the ride. Make sure you have your seatbelt fastened and wear a helmet if you are feeling the energy has made you feel a bit crazy and reckless. As well as this full moon, we have Mars (the planet of War) square Jupiter (tolerant, expansive, social) . When planets are square they can cause trouble for each other. So have some conscious bouncers during this festive time to watch out for trouble makers trying to gate crash your party. You can go into an expression of the energy feeling strong and sexy. Enjoy that, and be watchful for the angry frustrated energy hiding in the wings that could spring out at any moment and squash all your fun. The Gemini full moon will highlight polarity, and with polarity we always have conflict. If you can maintain awareness, and not cave in when the pressure of internal issues and external pressure arise, you can avoid major conflict. Be mindful of all of this and Gemini’s tendency to ‘over share’. President Trump is Gemini. Think before you speak, tweet, text, or post. We have all witnessed his spontaneous not thought through constant sharing and madness. Don’t do a Trump action, otherwise you may regret some of your impulsive actions later on when the energy dies down and the dust from the frantic activity settles. Even though he does not seem to have any sense of remorse with any of his frantic, manic behavior. Keep and open, accepting, non-judgmental attitude. Cultivate it with consciousness if that is not happening easily and naturally. On the positive side, there is lots of energy to enjoy yourself in, and a great time to have those conversations you haven’t had the time, space or willingness to have.
