This takes some sense of who you want to be and the self esteem to be able to do it. This is when a good therapist or counselling can help. Life can be what we choose rather than what we have. The journey can be hard but always worth trying. And it wont happen in an instant. It takes time and practice. Its like learning to ride a horse. You work hard, but you wont be ready for the olympics until youve spent years trying. Even if you dont make it, youll be better than you were when you started!
