Due to your outstanding support in buying vouchers now for when we reopen, we will not become another statistic of this situation. ... Please call or text if you want to purchase vouchers ( see our previous posts) We understand there will be $ struggles going on now and in the near future. Perhaps the government will look to assist this vital education for all children.

20.01.2022 Due to the recent announcement by the Premier , we will be required to temporarily close for a second time. We will commence this closure from lunchtime tomorrow. Family credits will be available upon reopening... no charges will occur whilst we are closed make up classes (a replacement class for missed lessons ) can be redeemed during 2021 ( they will not expire December 2020 ) We are a small but STRONG business with fantastic teachers & we will reopen as soon as permitted. Your support has been and is invaluable!

Over the following weeks we will send you this protocol made in consultation with Federal, State, Local Governments and of course you. We understand each family's situations are different and some of the protocol restrictions may be challenging, which is why we are seeking feedback for possible protocols. We value our families input and want to know what would make you feel safe upon our return. Protocols developed have Government framework for the safety of everyone. 17.01.2022 Dear Patterson Lakes Swim School , Swimmers, Parents, siblings and staff... We have heard many children are worried about Easter. ... We know the Easter Bunny is fully aware of the situation with Covid-19, and will be following all personal safety procedures. We have been told the Easter Bunny can not transfer the virus, and because of this, the Chief Medical Officer has approved the Easter Bunny to deliver as normal. We have been reminded to ensure we keep washing our hands for 20 seconds, stay at home , and only visit drive through bottle shops once per day. 16.01.2022 After speaking with Business Victoria again today, after much feedback we are absolutely devastated to inform all parents and swimmers that we were given incorrect information by this department on 2 occasions. Clarification was given 10min ago that we do not apply to the exemption as we are not delivering primary or secondary school learning. We hope , in future , comments from the learn to swim industry would be more constructive than destructive. You will not be charged for lessons while we are closed. If you are able to afford to do so, to help us ride this wave, please call after 9am tomorrow to buy a discounted swim lesson credit voucher... 01.01.2022 A massive thank you for all the support we have received. We understand the hard decisions being made by our local swim school families and everyone across Australia and the world. There are no easy decisions. These are uncertain times , and honestly I feel like its not real... but it is... Our staff have completed the Covid19 infection control course via the Australian Government Department of Health and we have implemented changes to our hygiene procedure including increasing our chlorine levels , performing a sanitising sweep every 30min and requesting everyone using hand sanitizer upon entering the building We are still open, but will notify you if things change.
