21.01.2022 To Plug or Unplug? Some interesting reading. More couples are requesting unplugged ceremonies than ever before, yet are they missing out on those natural candid shots taken by guests. Benefits for both sides, it’s such a personal choice.

08.01.2022 Tonight I had the privilege of leading the 2018 Christmas Memorial Service for Heritage Funerals. So many families who have lost loved ones this past year and beyond all united in remembering their special someone this Christmas. We shared the message ‘Love is a Gift that lasts forever’ inspired by this short film. ... Just a little warning it could bring a tear to your eye. Christmas is such a special time of year, but it can be the most difficult time for so many. Wishing you all strength and love at this time of year.

04.01.2022 In line with the current Victorian State Government directives released Monday 23rd March 2020, Heritage & Heritage Funerals remains open and able to provide fu...neral services for our families. In order to comply with government restrictions, we have implemented the following measures which apply to all funeral services: - Chapel services held at either our Wantirna Chapel or Woori Yallock Chapel are limited to a maximum of 10 attendees and we recommend to our families that they restrict invites to immediate family only Services held at other venues will be subject to their attendance restrictions We can no longer offer refreshments after our services Please be aware that our ability to offer funeral services may change if further restrictions are imposed by the government.

03.01.2022 The world as we know it is changing before our eyes, but we must remember it’s not forever. As of this Thursday, 26th March 2020 the way Weddings and Funerals are held will change. WEDDINGS... In this current climate most couples have postponed their wedding date. Please note any wedding ceremony is now limited to the couple, witnesses(2) and the Celebrant. FUNERALS As difficult as this is funeral gatherings will be limited to a maximum of 10 people. Most funerals homes & cemeteries are putting in arrangements for live stream services. Meaning you will be able to view the service live from your home or personal device. Immediate family will be able to attend (10people) As your Celebrant along with your Funeral Director we will do everything possible to include family and friends via video link, audio recordings, and written tributes, to keep you involved. Funerals will change for now, but we will still be able to farewell your loved ones in a dignified and loving way. These are tough times but together we will get through this. As your Celebrant and Friend if there is anything I can do to help or answer any questions please get in touch anytime. Lets do everything we can to keep everyone healthy and safe. Tomorrow the sun will shine again. Sending lots of love to you all x

01.01.2022 Yesterday I had the privilege of marrying Esther and Charlie on a horse property in the stunning valley of The Alpine National Park. With them both being horse lovers, their ceremony held with their family, friends, and many much loved horses. The wind, rain, and sunshine all added to this great celebration. Sometimes the simplest of ideas make for the perfect wedding. Wishing Esther & Charlie Eager all the very best for the future.
