We are open as accomodation of pets is essential for people requiring medical attention, work commitments etc. Contactless drop offs. In line with safe practices we ask that you do not attend reception during lockdown periods but simply wait in car park to be attended to. We have portable eftpos facilities and will collect and drop off your pet direct to your vehicle.... We completely understand the need for cancellations etc and are fully supportive of making these cancellations for you. For those of you returning from overseas and having to self isolate. 04.01.2022 *2019 roundup We would like to thank all our customers that have supported us in our first 12 months. We have commenced making updates and changes in order to ensure we continue to grow and provide the best service to all visitors: 2755 bookings for 2019, New logos, new and additional operating hours, concreted paths, removal of old catteries and sheds, new staff and additional shading. We aim to keep making changes during the 2020 year and look forward to seeing all of you

01.01.2022 Update- With the quiet period slowly starting to lift we are happy to show our valued customers our isolation project. We have had a new roof installed. The roof of the boarding pens is now fully enclosed providing better shelter, heating and cooling And shade for our furry friends.
