14.01.2022 Gather your friends and family together for a fun yet valuable Prevent-A-Bite Paws Learning Party! Now available on the Central Coast! * 84% of all dog bites are from our own family dog or a dog we know.... * 4770 "reported" dog attacks in NSW from May 2017 - June 2018. We believe the best way to teach anything has to include fun. We teach valuable safety skills to children and safety supervision skills to adults and families in private homes, to groups and individuals. We use party type activities to teach important lessons that can include games, songs, musical instruments, expressive dance, interactive stories, videos, discussions, drawings, quizzes, team work, role play, puppets and fun! Our parties are presented by professional dog trainers. Age ranges can be from 2 - 100 and each party is tailored to each group or individual depending on the attendees ages, abilities, disabilities and requirements. Learning includes - The many benefits of pets and why we love them How our own dog and strange dogs feel and think about us How to better communicate with dogs in ways dogs wants us to How to read a pet's facial expressions and body language to know if they are happy, sad or cranky How and when to safely and respectfully approach, meet, touch and pick up a pet and when to avoid them How being respectful, responsible and kind to pets motivate them to be better friends to us Prevent-A-Bite parties on average are 1-2 hours and range from $165.00.
