24.01.2022 So good to see such happy faces as our children build relationships with our educators and each other and explore our beautiful grounds.

23.01.2022 Its been fantastic to see how happy and enthusiastic our children have been to return after the Christmas break and to warmly welcome new children and families to our wonderful centre. We still have some pre-kindy and kindy spots available for 2020 so please feel free to call to arrange a visit and find out what makes our early learning centre such a special place to grow, learn and have fun. 21.01.2022 This year has gone so quickly, I can hardly believe that we are already supporting our Kindy children in their transition to prep. Our prep teacher at PBC has enjoyed visiting kindy and children transitioning to PBC have visited for morning tea and for a play in the prep room. Children moving elsewhere have been sharing information about their new schools with us all. 20.01.2022 Its been wonderful to welcome our new and returning children to our centre for 2019 and to see how quickly they are building bonds with ourselves and each other. Today one of our children suggested that we should have a party because she wanted to have a fun day a special day. We set about making invitations, decorating our room and choosing some dress ups and accessories to wear. We played party games, danced and made cup-cakes for a picnic afternoon tea. Who would have known that developing our skills in literacy, science, maths, coordination, turn taking, language and communication (to name a few) could be so much fun.

20.01.2022 Something exciting is afoot at Peregian Beach College Early Learning Centre. The construction of our wonderful, natural play space by GDL Nature Play Spaces, has inspired children's play and learning and we can't wait to be able to explore and investigate our new area. We'll keep you posted on celebrations for our official opening.

Work with vocal coach Laura Caitlin Jensen and choreographer Molly Williams-Smith who will deliver a high energy 4-hour Song and Dance Masterclass. They’ll be sharing industry tricks and tips to young aspiring performers. Classes available for all ages from 2+ (up to pre-professional) in Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Tap, Musical Theatre, Song & Cheer - all experience levels welcome. 07.01.2022 Happy World Kindness Day. We always strive to be kind in our early years centre but today we paid special attention to thinking of how we can be kind to each other. Our children made a kindness circle of hands and made a flower for a friend which they presented with some kind words.

01.01.2022 COLLEGE AND ELC CLOSED TOMORROW 11/9/19 Peregian Beach College and Peregian Beach College Early Learning Centre will remained closed tomorrow, Wednesday 11th September 2019. Continued liaison with the authorities monitoring conditions surrounding the College will take place tomorrow and govern further decisions regarding reopening Thursday.

01.01.2022 What an honour it was to have local author, Renee Irving Lee visit us today at Peregian Beach College Early Learning Centre. The children loved meeting Renee and Bruce and learning about the process of writing, illustrating and publishing her wonderful book "The Strongest Boy". It has inspired many conversations reflecting on how we can show our strong hearts, strong minds and strong words and has reinforced childrens love of literacy. We look forward to supporting children in writing and illustrating some of their own stories over the next few weeks.
