Congratulations to Christiane Momberg our honoured recipient of 2019-2020 Outstanding Toastmaster of the Year Award. Your dedication to education, fellowship and mentoring is so valued and acknowledged by our club members. Congratulations to Lisa Raimondo on Most Improved Speaker of the Year..., and Dianne Scriven for Most Improved Leader of Year. Such great role models and mentors you are for our members. But wait.. there is more, ceremonies continued! Whoop whoop we had the incoming SD Director in the house. Thanks Taflyn Fiola for officiating our changeover ceremony. Thank you to our outgoing executive committee and welcome our incoming executive committee under the stewardship of President Dianne Scriven. What a great way to round out a Toastmasters meeting and a year... with speeches and impromptu table topics. 04.01.2022 We love a sunburnt country... with droughts and flooding rains. This week at PBC Toastmasters we celebrated OUR COUNTRY ahead of the Australia Day weekend. Our speakers where varied from reflecting on ethics to reflecting in analytical communication styles. Great fun with our many impromptu speaking sessions and cleverly crafted responses.... Lucky to have an extra week this month, so hope to see you all back next Wednesday 29th.
