Bringelly House offers a person-centred, goal oriented, capacity building program, with independence at its core. PCS Staff specialize in working with young people with Juvenile Justice involvement, trauma, behaviours of concern, psychosocial and intellectual disability. Eligibility Criteria:... NDIS Plan which includes SIL (PCS can help with application processes) Aged 15 to 21 years Parent/Guardian consent Willingness to engage in capacity building and support planning Support Coordination also available
