05.01.2022 Do you want to challenge yourself with competitive gymnastics whilst feeling supported by your team? Do you love the exhilaration of performing and want to learn skills across multiple gymsports? Teamgym has it all! Athletes train and compete at their individual level as part of a team on up to three apparatus - tumble track, floor (dance and acrobatics), and mini-trampoline. All routines are performed with music and the audience can clap along and be involved as well. ... If you would like to be part of a PCYC Taree TeamGym team for 2021, come along to our placement day on Monday 11th January. Novice 9am 12noon all ages. Minimum skill requirements: forward roll, backward roll, cartwheel, handstand. Intermediate 1-4pm all ages. Minimum skill requirements: round-off, front handspring, bridge kick-over, handstand 3 seconds Advanced 1-4pm all ages. Minimum skill requirements: round-off back handspring, front handspring, handstand 3 seconds, front somersault on mini-trampoline, Training will be on Thursday afternoons. Times will depend on which team you are placed in. Competitions will be during the second half of the year in Newcastle or Sydney. $23 per session Bookings Required! Good Luck!
