24.01.2022 Eating the right food is always important. To maintain healthy teeth we need to be sure to eat a balanced diet and brush and floss day and night. Start by adding 1-2 serves of vegetables or fruit to your diet. A great snack to start with is hummus and carrots, you get the sweetness from the carrots and the savoury from the hummus, enjoy!

Your health and safety are important to us. In addition to our stringent infection prevention and control standards, Plaza Dental have introduced additional disinfection protocols of all hard surfaces throughout the centre. We also ask that all our patients hand sanitize before they enter into the surgery an...d practice good hygiene.
