03.01.2022 Today was session number 5 for our year fives, doing amazingly in preparation for the next grading... the kids are super enthusiastic and are getting tremendous benefit behaviourally, many more wish to join in the program. I can safely say that for the first time a Qigong based program has successfully been implemented in the public school system, in a school where the cohort is predominately Indigenous and Islander young people. It was a huge struggle to get it into the system Change does not roll in on the wheels of inevitability, but comes through continuous struggle. -Martin Luther King Jr.
