19.01.2022 Yin Yoga = Completeness! While the practice of Yin Yoga may seem passive in comparison to our usual Yang Yoga classes, Yin Yoga can be quite challenging mentally as the poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing you to start to feel and notice muscles in a whole new way giving you the tools to deepen your usual practice. Yin Yoga is practiced in a warm studio so best to wear comfy clothes (even socks!) to keep your body warm as you hold long juicy passive poses. Bring a tow...el or blanket to use as a support to help you sink into your poses. It's time to balance out your life adding a little Yin to your Yang - let go, surrender and breath! You will be building strength, improving your flexibility, balance and overall physical performance.... This class is open to all levels of fitness.
