24.01.2022 Please welcome Lee on board to our Noarlunga family Get to know Lee a little better My interest in yoga started over 20 years ago when my dad left his life as a mechanic to focus on Hatha Yog and meditation. After several failed attempts to bring me along to class I finally got over my preconceived ideas of what I thought yoga was and attended a iyengar yoga class around 7 years ago and have never looked back . As a tradie and single dad of two teenage boys, I hope to be a role model for men to take advantage of not only the physical benefits,but more importantly the calming benefits of the mind.
