Long Term member Stacy recently brought her daughter Jasmine down to join. Most afternoons they're in crushing the work outs and enjoying the time together.

Today's @crossfit505 was suppose to be a partner workout.... 24 Min Cap 2 Rounds 30 Burpees 2x200m Run 80/60 Calorie Machine 4x200m Run 10 Wall Climbs Decided to do it solo. Initially, I was going to do half the work, but said 'fuck it' and decided to do the whole thing solo. As it got closer to the 24 minute Cap, I was 40 Calories through my final bike and told myself that I would stop once the cap hit. But once the cap hit, I decided it was better to finish, because stopping was the easy option. I finished the workout, 6 minutes or more over cap. Most people were gone by that point, however as I lied on the floor...I was glad that I made it through. The point: It's easy to set goals when your comfortable. "Fatigue is failure's best friend" But it's when your most uncomfortable that the challenge really begins. #canthurtme #crossfit #absolutebeast #friday
