Our new branded activewear and outdoor wear is represented on technical quality garments that have been designed in New Zealand and Australia and tested by extreme outdoor athletes. Our brand hats managed to get out on our recent adventure in the Blue Mountains. Our PPA & IAO brands are represented on the... highest quality FlexFit & Yupoong hats. If youd like to grab one of our Peak Potential Adventures or IAO (Improvise, Adapt & Overcome) hats, just head across to our online store at: www.peakpotential.store Our gear will also be available on our training & community hikes, as well as some adventures like our Six Foot Track trek. We have some other cool gear on the drawing board as well.

23.01.2022 The beautiful thing about adventure and the great outdoors is its unpredictability. As the old saying goes, get comfortable with being uncomfortable, and life gets a little easier. Bowtells Swing Bridge is one of the featured highlights on the start of day two on our weekend Six Foot Track trek. Everyone who has done our Six Foot Track trek has crossed this bridge, and for some, it meant overcoming a fear of heights. Bowtells Swing Bridge was built in 1991 by Australian Army... Engineers and was officially opened in 1992 in honour of Bob Bowtell, who was the first Australian Army Engineer killed in the Vietnam War. Nothing gives us more reward and make us prouder than watching people get out of their comfort zone and improvising, adapting and overcoming.

23.01.2022 Stunning. A beautiful winter Tassie around Cradle Mountain. Hopefully we will be able to get back down there next year.

21.01.2022 Woo hoo, we feel some adventures coming on, so stay stay tuned. Its dam good to getting back into it and into the great outdoors again. We have been missing our adventure family. Adventure is a way if Life. Video from the last Six Foot Track we did before the restrictions kicked in during March.

20.01.2022 #flashbackfriday to our first commercial trek in 2013 to the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro, the Roof of Africa. Photo taken from Karanga Camp. With just on $75,000 raised for Make-A-Wish Australia, 100% of the amazing team made it to the summit of this great mountain. It was an awesome adventure. - Collect moments. #kilimanjaro #peakpotentialadventures #adventureisawayoflife #wanderlust #travel #mountains #neverstopexploring #adventuretime #adventure #roofofafrica

20.01.2022 Great turnout this morning for our community hike to Heatons Lookout. This is great training and fitness hike with some spectacular views across the Central Coast when you get to the top.

18.01.2022 You know when you have it bad because you just keep looking at Google Earth.

17.01.2022 We are super excited to have the start of our PPA & IAO hat range up in our online store for sale . Some high performance New Zealand designed Thermatech active wear shirts will also be up very soon in both men & womens. These are awesome quality Yuppong/Flexfit quality hats, not cheap rubbish. We absolutely refuse to display our brands on cheap gear. Sales will be going to launch some awesome community and charity adventures that we currently have in mind. Stay tuned, will provide more information when everything is back on track with travel etc.

12.01.2022 We are looking forward to and very excited to be getting back out on the Six Foot Track next weekend with our first team through the historic and iconic 45km track from Jenolan Caves to Katoomba. Some of our adventure plans interstate and internationally were derailed in 2020 with COVID-19, but we are improvising, adapting & overcoming as best we can in light of the difficult trading conditions for the tourism and adventure travel industry. We have also been having a little ...bit of a break from social media because there was a lot going on in the world, but expect to hear more from us moving forward. To us, adventure is a way of life and we have dearly missed sharing our adventure experiences with amazing likeminded people who love adventure and the great outdoors, because in the end, thats what it is all about. We are working on another awesome best of the Blue Mountains weekend adventure experience that we are hoping to launch in the coming months, it will be a cracker, so stay tuned! Also, our new 2021 Six Foot Track dates have been secured and locked it and we will be releasing them in the coming weeks on our website. www.peakpotential.net.au Thank you all for your continued and amazing support and we looking forward to bouncing back stronger than ever post COVID-19. All our adventures will undertake new COVID-19 safety practices and protocols. #bluemountains #sixfoottrack #jenolancaves #katoomba #adventure #nsw #travel #peakpotentialadventures #adventureisawayoflife #tourism

11.01.2022 An awesome morning for an adventure training run up Heatons Lookout with some of the crew doing adventures with us this year. Heatons kicks in right from the start with a steep climb and just keeps on giving hitting all the right muscles like calves, glutes and quads.

10.01.2022 Day two of our Six Foot Track trek saw some light rain and a cracking pace with the team making Explorers Tree from Cox’s River around 12:30-12:45PM which was an awesome team effort. What a brilliant weekend overall. We had some laughs over the two days, made some new friends, and shared a great outdoor adventure experience together trekking from Jenolan Caves to Katoomba. We can’t wait for next weekend’s trek with the awesome crew from Women Embrace Adventure... #peakpotentialadventures #adventureisawayoflife #improviseadaptovercome #adventurefit #seeaustralia #sydney #nsw #visitnsw #bluemountains #katoomba #sydneycommunity #nswstour #australia #exploreaustralia #exploringaustralia #sydneylife #adventure #adventuretime #sixfoottrack #trekking #fitness #endurance #sydneyadventures #outdoors #thegreatoutdoors #freedom #goals #adventuretime #neverstopexploring #wanderlust

08.01.2022 They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them. Lest we forget.

08.01.2022 Every day is a new adventure trekking the Kokoda Track. A country rich in local tradition and culture, as well as Australian wartime history, its hard to find a more humbling and fulfilling adventure experience. 05.01.2022 Another fantastic weekend of adventure on our popular Six Foot Track trek through the beautiful Blue Mountains. The weather was perfect for trekking with just some light misty rain which kept everyone cool more than wet. The recent rains meant creeks were full and flowing enough for a refreshing dip and there was plenty of beautiful greenery around, especially from Coxs River to Megalong Valley and then through Nellies Glen to Explorers Tree. It was such a fantastic group of people and it was hard not to share some laughs along the way. The best part of our job is meeting lovely people in an environment where you can really connect. We are so proud of the team as they got the job done. With three Six Foot Track treks this month, we are looking forward to the next one already.

05.01.2022 All our Six Foot Tracks adventures were booked out for the rest of the 2020 season, but 2 spots have come up for our October 24-25 weekend trek due to a cancellation today. If you would like to join the October team, you can book online at using the link below. https://peakpotentialadventures.rezdy.com/29/six-foot-track

05.01.2022 Great read. An incredible man and an incredible life of adventure. Sometimes adventure needs to push ourselves out if our comfort zone to experience and learn more about ourselves and grow. https://roammedia.com/at-the-north-pole-explorer-mike-horn/

04.01.2022 Who wants to get off the grid in early November on a Blue Mountains weekend adventure? We have one spot come up due to an injury for our Peak Potential Adventures 7-8 November Six Foot Track trek. All our other trek dates are fully booked out, so dont miss out!! ... Always an awesome weekend of adventure and great crew.

03.01.2022 Looking forward to getting back down that way hopefully 1st quarter 2021. Beautiful photo of the Organ Pipes.

03.01.2022 Weve had a lot of people complete our Popular Six Foot Track trek in the Blue Mountains and who have crossed the famous Bowtells Swing Bridge over Coxs River. This was the Coxs River in a wild mood during the recent heavy rains and floods a few week ago. A big thanks to Pavel the owner of the Six Foot Track Ecolodge for this fantastic footage. If youve crossed the swing bridge, youll understand just how high the water level was. #travel #adventure #wild #trek #nature #sydney

02.01.2022 We were checking out some new short Peak Potential Adventures training treks and some new community hikes for our Adventure is a Way of Life group today in the beautiful Blue Mountains. This one is just too awesome and beautiful to not look to have as an addition. Too be honest, it was just fantastic being out in the great outdoors again and reconnecting with nature. We are really getting back into the swing of things now, so exciting adventures ahead.

02.01.2022 We are finally back in the great outdoors and on the trails and we loved every minute of it. It was an absolutely amazing weekend trekking the historic Six Foot Track in the Blue Mountains with such a wonderful group of women from Women Embrace Adventure from The Central Coast. We were blessed with perfect weather over both days as they traversed the 45Km from Jenolan Caves to Katoomba through a variety of outdoor landscapes. In the end, they worked hard, plugged away and got the job done. We also had plenty of laughs along the way. At the end gate at Explorers Tree, there were lots of smile with their awesome achievement. The Woman Embrace Adventure group has an awesome vibe and culture, so if youre on the Central Coast and looking for a womens adventure group to hit the trails with, check them out, they are a fantastic group.
