12.01.2022 PEARSALL IGA COMMUNITY ANNOUCEMENT: EARLY HOUR FOR SENIORS AND DISABILITY CARD HOLDERS For the time being, we’ve decided to stop our early hour for Seniors and Disability card holders. Our deliveries are very erratic at the moment. The trucks that are due at night, are arriving at all hours of the day, so our hope of the early hour being the pick of the best stock for those less able to handle the crowds just isn’t happening. And even when the trucks do arrive, not all the... stock we’ve ordered is available so we can’t guarantee that we have the popular lines that they’re coming to us early to find. We have our fingers crossed that stock levels hopefully go back to normal soon, and when that happens, we’ll happily reconsider. We’d also like to thank everyone for their support during this trying time. Our team have been working so hard to get as much stock as we can, and even though it’s been frustrating at times, our customers have been very understanding. There have been lots of ugly stories about supermarket shopping experiences lately, and we’re very lucky that we’ve had none of those. Not everyone has been happy which is understandable when you can’t find what you’re looking for but we’ve definitely had more kind customers than angry ones, and we’re all very appreciative of that. Tomorrow, Sunday, March 22nd will be our last 6am opening - and we have a delivery coming in tonight ready to be put up for tomorrow
