22.01.2022 Construction continues for the Waigani National Courts Complex in Port Moresby, PNG. There are 3 main new build components to the project, an Arrivals Building to the front right of the site, the large Courts Building to the left and the Administration Building behind. The project is due for completion in late 2023, with several of the buildings planned to be handed over by mid-2021. 19.01.2022 The Gladstone Hospital Emergency Department reached practical completion last week and the hospital have started moving in to the new facility. The new ED will double the capacity of the existing facility and enable the hospital to meet future demands of the region. Completion of the project will round out 2.5 years of design and documentation work for our team. During this time we have been working closely with the hospital staff, the local HHS, Aurecon and Woollam Constr...uctions for the delivery of the facility. 18.01.2022 A construction update for the Atherton Hospital Redevelopment, published in the Atherton Tablelander last week shows an aerial shot of the Hospital was taken by a pilot from Queensland Government Air (QG Air) on approach to the Hospital. The photo shows the impressive size of the new helipad, revealing how it dwarfs the existing helipad adjacent as well as the new internal roadway works to the site. The new helipad improves safety for medical retrievals at the hospital with a new 3m-wide access path connection.

15.01.2022 The new Gladstone Hospital Emergency Department, due for completion at the end of May, will double the capacity of the existing facility, enabling the hospital to meet the future demands of a growing and ageing population. Photos include the new proposed entry area, with covered patient drop off; the new short stay unit within the ED and a drone shot from October 2019 for a sense of scale.

13.01.2022 Construction began today on our $14mil PCYC project for Logan City Council. The PCYC is a 4700m2 facility housing gymnastics, youth rooms, dance, boxing, 24hr gym and an OSHC. We look forward to seeing this project take shape.

We see better and more sustainable ways to live in our high density, urban places as well as our lower density suburban communities. Acting as a think tank and design collective, the Peddle Thorp ILAB team will explore and respond to the w...ide spectrum of housing needs as the way people want to live changes in the future. 10.01.2022 Our Peddle Team has been keeping fit and healthy with a run and cycle club. Whilst working from home, this has been a great way for us to all stay healthy and active. Our clubs started out in April, as a group aiming to reach 500kms running and 1000kms cycling. And goodness did we blitz it! Run club managed an EPIC 1175kms with cycle club completing a WHOPPING 1315kms.... With the start of May, new targets were set at 1300kms for both clubs and off we went we’ll keep you posted on our progress Great work team, keep it up! 05.01.2022 Great to see the construction progress of the Cairns South Health Facility, located in Edmonton. The facility will be the only one of its kind within Australia, acting prominently as an community health facility, with the capacity to deliver emergency health services in times of disaster, such as a cyclone.
