Be it teaching younger generations to care and protect, or orchids, dolphins, saving seabirds etc. So much to share and learn from eachother's interests and experience. Join the Mayor and Councillors for a coffee in the park and a chat about your vision for Mandurah, what your focus is for our future and what is happening in your neighbourhood that makes you proud to be part of our great community. Sunday 22 November 9.30am-11.30am Coodanup Foreshore Reserve, Peel Parade... A coffee van will be serving hot drinks and the Mandurah Matters caravan will be open with information about some of the exciting projects happening around our city. Mandurah Matters, launched in late 2018, has so far been the largest community engagement initiative held by the City of Mandurah. Thousands of community members have helped to create our shared aspiration to be a thriving regional city with the heart of a village, and a place we really are proud to call our home. 08.01.2022 This Thursday 18th February is your group or team's Last Chance to have a Clean Up the Peel form sent by emailing Mandurah Environment and Heritage Group at [email protected] By emailing [email protected] your group or team will be publicly acknowledged through various social media streams with a minimum full-page advertisement in a local paper which will spread the word about your clean-up and attract much-needed volunteers. Friends of Rivers, Peel in partnership with Peel-Ha...rvey Catchment Council coordinates this month-long event. Now in its fifth year, the annual Clean Up Peel Waterways event has expanded to include parks, reserves and neighbourhoods and has been renamed Clean Up the Peel. We encourage all groups to register their individual clean-up events ASAP with Clean Up Australia Day.
