01.01.2022 If you have been wondering what we have been up to over the past month or so in the swan valley, we have been working on what will be a grass car park for a new macaron and cake factory opening soon! This has been a first for us. The car park utilisers plastic grass rings from Novoplas (approx 6500 tiles!). During the process there has been 300m3 of fill sand, approx 500m3 of blue metal and over 150m3 of lawn sand shifted in preparation for the 1550m2 of lawn. It has been a... huge effort by everyone involved. We were contracted by All About Bitumen to carry out the work, Lloydies Bobcat hire have done an outstanding job sorting out all of the levels and Troy from Vido's Turf Supplies supplied some top quality Wintergreen couch (as always). The grass rings were a bit of a nightmare to install. I think the product needs a little more work to be a bit more user friendly. I'm not 100% convinced on the whole idea behind the set up, but I am looking forward to see how this turns out in the future. Here are a few progress pictures of the works!
