Sometimes it’s best to speak to a specialist pharmacist as I’ve heard some pretty incorrect info be shared by those not specialists in the area of pregnancy & BF. A quick call to this fab service will give you excellent, accurate info. ... The staff are wonderful & ever so helpful.

22.01.2022 Today marked the first day of sharing this new space with my January group. This morning 5 wonderful couples joined me at Sarah's Circle Holistic HUB for day 1 of the Positive Birth Program by Hypnobirthing Australia. If PHC can truly be a public hospital the women of Peel may actually have a chance at getting publicly funded homebirth or midwifery group practice or even a bath in the birth suite!!!!! Please don’t underestimate how big this need is - it’s MASSIVE if this was to happen.

16.01.2022 I am usually very hesitant to share photos of my children ~ social media is a funny place but as today marks the 4th Sunday of September here in Australia its National Daughters Day, so I have decided to make an exception. As a mother of 3 daughters I consider myself extremely lucky & don’t take my responsibility to raise the next generation of strong women lightly. 06.01.2022 I am at this stage fully booked for private & group classes for 2020 Whilst this is amazing & I’m literally pinching myself it also worries me as I never want to say no to anyone as I believe so strongly that the course content that we cover in the Positive Birth Program by Hypnobirthing Australia is information that ALL expectant parents should have access to.
