24.01.2022 Re; Bad weather forecast for the weekend. We are watching this closely for tomorrow's games however we rarely cancel unless there is lightning. This will be called by the grounds manager on the day. Because the grounds are distanced from each other, it is possible that one will be cancelled and not the others. If however it looks really bad, we will use Facebook and league coordinators to get the word out.

22.01.2022 Found Property Hi Helen A short but fantastic season of junior soccer with the Little Legends! Great Coach and manager. ... I just really wanted to say that my husband picked up a nice sleeveless jacket in the parking area at Bortolo Park this morning when soccer was in its glory - thinking it was mine as it was near our car. It wasn’t mine. If someone happens to get in touch I would love to return it to the rightful owner. A long shot but you never know. Regards,

22.01.2022 Good evening Just a quick update for the final games. There will be normal games next weekend the 26th September to finish off the fixture.... Even though there is no carnival this year we would still like to get everybody together in one place for the end of season therefore ALL games will be at Bortolo with some starting at 8.30 all finished by 12:30pm Trophies and medals will be handed out to players on the day. Please give us back your borrowed shirts. Remind your players to bring a shirt to change into. There will be a free sausage sizzle and drink for all players and Bacon and Egg rolls and Sausage sizzles for sale. Hope to see you all there.

21.01.2022 Congratulations to our league winners for 2020. Ollyroos MBC Marvels won the league with a comfortable margin Well done Marvels. Unlike their counter parts in Ollyroos, the Junior High team winning the league had to play hard right down to the last game. Some late nights were spent, checking and re checking the results and league table as we couldn't quite believe the statistics. Geckos Blue and FCC were so close on the table that we didn't have a winner until the very last... game. The statistics show just how close they were. On checking back we found: -they each won one a game when they played each other -They scored and conceded the same amount of goals when the played each other. -over the entire season they each scored 40 goals and conceded 20 goals. We were a little concerned we would have to decide the season with a coin toss!! Congratulations to the final winners Geckos Blue.

11.01.2022 Round 3 at Singleton was the first week of soccer with rain for the season, and it was great. Players mostly escaped the rain except the last game of the day and the players either didn't notice or reveled in the opportunity to play in the rain. Winter sports

06.01.2022 Thanks to all our great referees this year. Winner of the Best Referee for the season was Senior High ref Robbie Hassell. This year's "Best Rookie Referee" was Thomas Webb. We were impressed with Thomas's professionalism and skill on the pitch. He handled both young players and parents with calm assurance, skill and knowledge of the game. Great result for both PJSA and Thomas. ... We've been very pleased with the standard of referees and hope to continue to work with this years refs, however we always need new blood so if you are interested in reffing next year, watch this page and follow Football West for details of their courses. Our referees need to have completed the level 4 course.

05.01.2022 Well done to Senior High league winners FIAS. A short but sharp season, we still managed a full round of games over less weeks despite COVID. Also awarded tonight was the Referee Award to Senior High Referee Robbie Hassel. We appreciate his calm, fair and knowledable skills on the pitch.... Big thanks goes to Senior High coordinator (only one of her many jobs) Suz. Her tireless efforts have ensured the league ran smoothly.
