The proposed change to the Multiple Dwellings roof was considered a Permissible Change to an existing approval under section 369 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009. The roof design was changed as the existing design was ineffective in providing shade and impacted the liveability on the balcony and bedroom 2. The proposed development achieved a Generally in Accordance with the original approval that was approved on the 25th August 2016.

21.01.2022 PTT is proud to help Dragons Abreast Brisbane Inc. get a team of breast cancer survivors, including our Office Manager Clare Rogers, and their supporters to meet the challenge of the Ord River in the Kimberleys. It is a 55k paddle in dragon boats to be completed in the day. Training is on schedule for the 9th June.

20.01.2022 PTT provided traffic engineering advice on the PICAC and Service Trade College on Quindus Street in Beenleigh, which has recently been approved. This College will cater for 150 students and uses refurbished industrial buildings.

13.01.2022 PTT was commissioned by Fabcot Pty Ltd to provide traffic and transport engineering advice for the proposed Woolworths Raceview. This involved consultation with the project team to advise on pedestrian facilities, vehicular access, parking demand and provision and the design of the commercial vehicle service dock. 05.01.2022 PTT proudly supported Dragons Abreast Brisbane to attend the Ord River Challenge. 8 dragon boats filled with breast cancer survivors and a few supporters paddled the 55k from the Ord River dam to Kununurra. The hard work and training paid off and everyone enjoyed the once in a lifetime experience.
