There are still 2 places left in Thursday morning 9am-12pm sculpture class and 2 places left in the drawing portrait 1pm-4pm class if any one is interested. 18.01.2022 The Cottage have extended the exhibition 'Raw Talent- Our Future Artist's' til Sunday 2nd August. If you are wanting to buy a professionally framed, ready to hang artwork, Still Life's are $40; Self Portraits $25 and Prints $15. (No profits will be made, prices are to cover costs of framing only). Any works unsold can be picked (unframed) up by the artists from Monday 3.8.15.

16.01.2022 My entry for Textures of One exhibition, wire sculpture done as a continuous line drawing. Exhibition all over for another year, was great to be apart of it and see local artists with such incredible talent!

05.01.2022 I have uploaded some photo's from Monday's Mixed Media class on my website pennymay.com.au It was a great day, with some awesome artworks produced! I can't wait to see them all professionally hung in the exhibition. Exhibition opening will be on Friday 17th July from 5-7pm @ The Cottage. Will post more info soon.

01.01.2022 June/ July Holiday Art Workshops I am holding 4 new and exciting workshops these school holidays. Through a series of fun exercises, children will look at and discuss some famous artworks in the art room as a stimulus for the activities which will include drawing, painting, printmaking or sculpture. Children will develop their skills in colour, composition and painting through fun activities that are a mix of theory and practical exercises! These are fun class’ that supports... individuality and the enquiring mind of our young artists. 4 workshops available over 2 days: Monday 29.6.15 9am-12pm MIXED MEDIA, still life Monday 29.6.15 1pm-4pm PRINT MAKING, animals Thursday 2.7.15 9am-12pm SCULPTURE, mobiles Thursday 2.7.15 1pm-4pm DRAWING, portraits Location: 97 Adelaide St, Blayney 'The Cottage' aka Tourist Information Centre.
