25.01.2022 Hello everyone! On behalf of Penny Royal, we first and foremost wish you health and security as we as a community navigate new waters. At Penny Royal, Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to be top of mind and we’ve been actively monitoring government and health department updates. ... Please bear in mind that the situation is changing daily and we are committed to ensuring the health and wellbeing of our staff and guests and will respond to new regulations as required. Our first priority is ensuring everyone’s safety (both our guests’ and our team’s). We are following best practices across the board and these are a few of the measures we are continuing to implement: We are increasing all of our cleaning protocols for longer and deeper sanitation. We are following all personal protective measures recommended including longer periods for hand washing using antiseptic soap, hand sanitising and reminding team members not to touch their face. Any team members traveling interstate or out of Australia will be prevented from returning to work until the 14 day quarantine and self-isolation is over. We are discontinuing the acceptance of cash to further prevent the spread of germs. We have introduced a maximum of 10 people per zipline session. To help us weather the storm, we will also be cutting back some of our open hours. The Penny Royal adventure activities will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays going forward until further notice. Adventure activities will be available regular hours Wednesday through Sunday. We encourage you to support all of our local neighbourhood businesses, restaurants, bakeries, etc. who are also in need of your support. Thank you for supporting the health of our community. 19.01.2022 We have had a couple enquiries regarding the reopening of Adventures and we wanted to provide everyone with an update. Right now, we are not yet ready to reopen our Adventures Activities. We are working to determine how our Adventures will be best supported post COVID-19 and we have been taking this time to perform some renovations and improvements to the park. ... We do want to reassure annual pass holders that all annual passes will be extended for the duration of the time PRA is closed! We are working on our plan for the reopening of Adventures and will update everyone once that is finalised!

18.01.2022 We are excited to be able to announce that we will reopen our PENNY ROYAL ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES starting 26 SEPTEMBER for school holidays!! We have worked hard to brighten up the park and on behind-the-scenes refurbishments over the past several months. We have many improvements planned for the future! As we will have been closed for 6 months, we will be extending all passes and vouchers by 6 months.... We have reworked our business model a bit in this COVID world and we have implemented new procedures according to the current state COVID-19 Safe Workplaces guidelines.
