This is the preferred booking method. Enquiries may be made by phoning 0474 556 777. If there is no answer, please leave a message and Lewis will return your call as soon as possible. There is currently an issue with the Park landline so please just use the above email address and phone number. ...As Lewis is often out and about in the Park, it is not always convenient to take a phone call, so please email him and he will respond as soon as he can. Some Silverton businesses are receiving booking emails for Penrose Park. Please do not do this, they cannot help you. 24.01.2022 Over the last few months, lots of great things have been happening at Penrose Park. The Park received funding through the Drought Communities Fund which allowed the Caretaker's Cottage to be renovated, the toilet blocks to be painted and have new hand basins installed and a huge water recycling system installed. This system has just been extended, which means we can reuse water from the shower and toilet blocks to water trees and, potentially, lawns. So we are looking forward... to seeing a little greenery around the Park in the near future. The other big thing which has happened, is that AGL have come on board. AGL very generously donated two, 10,000 litre water tanks which will be installed as part of the water recycling project. AGL have also provided funding through their Community Enhancement Program, to resurface one of the tennis courts at the Park. We are very grateful to AGL for their fantastic support. There will be lots of other wonderful things happening around the Park in the future, so keep coming out and having a look. Come and try out the new tennis court for starters. See more

23.01.2022 Help us to help you during Covid 19 The ability to keep Penrose Park open depends on all visitors assisting with the following requirements: Register your visit at the office... Practice strong hygiene around shared facilities Campers are to locate themselves at least 1.5m from other campers Use of Covid19 app While additional cleaning is being undertaken at the Park, cleaning before you use a share area and when leaving can help us all Visitors are also strongly encouraged to bring their own hygiene products to ensure availability. 23.01.2022 ANZAC Day is very different this year, with little or no opportunity to attend a Dawn Service. Some years ago, the Silverton Village Committee Inc. built a Memo...rial Wall at the Cemetery, one side remembering the Pioneers who first ventured into this area and the other side dedicated to those who have served this wonderful Country...many of whom did not come home. Although Silverton doesn't hold a Dawn Service, each year we remember those men and women who have served and are still serving our Country. Here are a few photos from this morning. Lest We Forget. 19.01.2022 Great news... we are reopening on 1 June 2020. If you are planning on visiting please respect distancing rules and guidelines provided by NSW Health that include: 1. All travelers need to book before arriving... 2. Practice strong hygiene around shared facilities 3. Campers are to locate themselves at least 1.5m from other campers Bookings can be made by calling Lewis on 0488052843. Please note that the bunkhouses are currently undergoing renovation so are unavailable for another few weeks. When they are reinstated, each bunkhouse will comfortably accommodate 5 people. In the meantime, the cabins remain available. We look forward to seeing you.

01.01.2022 Condolences to Gary's family. Gary and his Family were responsible for a lot of work and improvements to the Park over many years. He will be very sadly missed. RIP Gary.
