23.01.2022 WOOHOO!! WE ARE SO EXCITED TO SAY.... We have the green light to proceed with the pop up market on December 5th @ Westlands shopping centre! This market will provide you with everything you need to get things ticked off your Christmas list in one air-conditioned place, while fundraising for another great recipient. ... We can’t wait to bring Whyalla the market everyone marks in their diary’s.

21.01.2022 ONE WEEK TO GO!!! Just one week until our Pop-Up market at Westlands Shopping Centre on December 5th 9am-2pm! The middle section of the mall will come to life with stalls from Kmart to Cheap as Chips!! Over 45 stalls plus all the shops in Westlands will be open too! That’s over 100 different places to shop in ONE AIR CONDITIONED SPOT!! ... We can’t wait to see you all! Remember to purchase some raffle tickets to help support South Whyalla Jr team with all raffle prizes donated by our stalls and Westlands management team.

15.01.2022 We all know how much you loved yesterday so here are some dates to remember. Our Pop up market will be at Westlands Shopping centre on December 5th from 9-2! It was a great success last year, we thought we would do it again - and psst That’s the day Santa comes to Westlands! We are also very happy to announce our Mother’s Day Market will be on May 2nd 2021 @ Samaritan College, Norrie Ave. ... No rest for us - time to get cracking on the pop up market!!

15.01.2022 3 weeks until Peppercorn Markets are back with our Pop up market @ Westlands Shopping Centre. 50 AMAZING stalls in ONE location - you can’t bet that! Such a great time to start or finish off your Christmas shopping between our stall holders and the wonderful selection of stores at Westlands. ... Once again in true Peppercorn style, we will be raising money for a worthy recipient. All stall fees plus raffle tickets sold will be donated. This time it’s South Whyalla’s Junior Football Club. Here’s a little write up from the club on how the money will help in the community: South Whyalla junior have been a significant part of the whyalla community with last year the club celebrating 100 years. The Souths juniors are a family orientated,friendly and supportive club. Our junior members not only gain vital skills for playing football but are also encouraged to build a sense of belonging and form strong and supportive relationships with their peers. Which will provide a supportive foundation into adulthood. We are excited to be given this opportunity to help us raise funds to complete our junior garden area at our club rooms. we hope to build this area so our junior members have somewhere to identify as their own away from the bar settings. We are extremely grateful to the Peppercorn Market team to be given this opportunity to strengthen our great junior club. We can’t wait to see everyone at our Pop up market on December 5th @ Westlands shopping centre 9-2pm.

15.01.2022 This definitely is the best part of every market! Earlier this week we met with the Whyalla Judo Club and presented them with a cheque for $3818.00!! The Judo club where AMAZING help on market day and took on all the requirements and more! We had to amp up our cleaning schedules, have COVID Marshall’s and a full COVID plan. This market was like starting from scratch all over again, but very worth it and rewarding for all those involved. ... The Peppercorn Market team has now donated $27,708 back into the Whyalla community where this money will help so many. We would like to thank everyone for your support on market day, and thank you for following our COVID plan. Also a big thank you to our stall holders, Signarama for our amazing flags and new presentation cheque, Samaritan College and Whyalla City Council for the bollards. 14.01.2022 Wow oh wow!! What an amazing day we had yesterday. The weather was perfect to enjoy such a wonderful event, the first large scale event in Whyalla since March!! It definitely was like starting from scratch this market, with all of the Covid regulations we had to follow. Covid plan with 4 Covid Marshalls, extra spacing inside and outside, sign in procedure, just to name a few. We wanted to tackle this huge task to bring Whyalla the market everyone loves. We love being able t...o give back to the community and raise funds for our charity/group each time. We can’t wait to announce this week what we have raised for the Whyalla Judo Club it definitely is our favourite part! We have so many people we need to thank to help us pull the day together. Big Thank you to the following: *Whyalla Judo Club. You guys have done such an amazing job. No task was too big for you all. Your littlest helpers were troopers all day long. *Emily Rawlings and the music crew for providing our live entertainment throughout the day. *Signarama for working with us to create our new flags didn’t they look amazing!! *Samaritan College for once again allowing us to use the venue and fence for our banner. *Whyalla Council Depot for the bollards as part of our Covid plan. *Whyalla Jumping Castles. *All of our fabulous stall holders. Everyone’s stalls looked amazing and as a whole looked so wonderful and inviting for our many visitors. *Jacob and Dave - a huge thank you to you both for all the help on Sunday. And of course we must give a huge Thankyou to all of the people of Whyalla, and surrounding regions, who always support us. We had a lot of hoops to go through in order to comply with SA Health requirements, and appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation. It was a fantastic day! We can’t wait to do it all again in 4 WEEKS at the Peppercorn Pop Up market in Westlands shopping centre on December 5th. Caroline, Kristy and Michelle xx

12.01.2022 UPDATE: UPDATE: UPDATE: We all know how much you love our award winning market, and with today’s announcement we are currently chatting with Westlands to see if this event can still go ahead. We have fingers crossed as we have a great selection of stalls to showcase and we love raising money for our charities too! ... Hopefully this one stop Christmas shopping event can still happen. We will keep everyone up to date as we know more

07.01.2022 A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out and supported our Stall Holders and local traders at our Pop Up Market today @ Westlands. The centre was definitely busy!! We absolutely love the positive comments from our Stall holders and shoppers with how loved our markets are, and how much they look forward to them each and every time as they know it will be a great day! A massive thanks to Our volunteers from South Whyalla Juniors team. Your help was very appreciated by everyon...e x Also a big thank you to Westland Shopping Centre -Melissa and Zoe. 03.01.2022 FREE FACE MASKS Westlands will have staff at the entrances offering free face masks, whilst not compulsory they are recommending they are used where social distancing may be difficult. We will also be drawing our raffle at the end of our market via a live update as we can’t have a crowd gather. Any prize winners will be notified and can collect their prize from Westlands management office in business hours.
