09.01.2022 Merry Christmas one and all! Wishing everyone's Christmas Day is as nice as ours. In Tassie we do it with a side of Smoked Trout from @thewoodbridgesmokehouse , a huge array of Tassie cheese, sausage from Ziggys smallgoods, a huge pile of home cured prosciutto that we've been hanging for 18 months and a couple of cheeky Aperol Spritz's on a beautiful cove!
