16.01.2022 Before weight loss surgery, on the left, is a photo that was taken at a wedding we attended. The second photo was taken a few months ago, over 2 years post bypass at another wedding we attended. I still need to learn how to smile and get comfortable with photos, even going from a size 22 to a 10 I struggle with photos.

08.01.2022 I needed to share this, even if it can help one person in a rut. PLEASE don’t let the scales determine your journey. I’m over 2 years post bypass, I lost 60 kilos in 12 months. I have not lost anything since on the scales. My body is still changing and shrinking jeans 6 months ago, jeans I wear today.

07.01.2022 With gastric bypass, I get lows so I need a pick me up. Half of a Chocolate, Banana and Greek Yoghurt, Protein Bread does the trick.
