23.01.2022 PDI Intercooler for RG Colorado showing progress 1.5 hrs into the installation. This core is used for all 2012 models and newer. Also the same intercooler for all DMax and MUX from 2012 onwards.

21.01.2022 Isuzu RC and Colorado PDI Front mount kits available. Also suits late RA with the 4JJ1. The 4JJ1 engine is an amazing performer and most owners know this. The RG SERIES were all front mounts and perform better in factory form due to cooler intake air. We have worked to get the biggest front mount at the front of the RC. ... 20.01.2022 No doubt a pleasure to drive and sporting PDI front mount. The dyno numbers are really good and our front mounts mean the results are repeatable after each run rather than the intercooler needing to be artificially cooled down with water or fans. Once on the road those power figures are maintained as the cool intake air means the ecu won’t pull back on the torque by reducing fuel.



19.01.2022 This is our 1HDT powered RV spec manual FZJ105. The engine was installed with - PDI Mk2 large intercooler - GTurbo green wheel grunter - ADS Rebuilt injection pump... 169rwkw (225hp) and 680nm For those familiar with a 1HDT in the 80 series it feels completely different in this 105. Although we’ve got a couple of powerful FTE to drive, the torque curve on this 105 makes it a pleasure to drive. Also fitted with - factory diff locks with solid spacers - strengthened front diff housing - factory cruise control - vac brake booster - factory central locking - 90L Prado rear tank Cruiser being setup to send overseas for expeditions with the 4x4 World Explorer group so wanted a mechanical setup.

14.01.2022 Found a nice place to camp for a few days. With over 1000nm at the wheels there is plenty of power to overtake when required. Inlet air temps sitting at 15 deg above ambient while towing due to our highly efficient PDI front mount setup

13.01.2022 Both fitted with PDI 3.5 ratio diffs but the one on the right is the suspect Toyota LSD being replaced with the Torsen LSD centre. Perfect for the ute. Thanks to Jim from Boosted Diesel Services.

11.01.2022 There is no doubt these HDJ79 can go hard. The PDI front mount does an amazing job at dropping intake temps to allow these powerful tunes and still have good EGT. We recently had a call from a potential customer who had recently installed a large top mount on his 80 series. His mate fitted a PDI front mount to his HDJ79 and apparently even though running close to 40psi, still felt cool to touch the cold side piping. Clearly amazed with the difference and disappointed in hi...s own choice he was enquiring about getting our front mount for his 80. The sad situation is that most don’t get to see the difference until it’s too late and then can’t justify the cost of buying another Intercooler kit, but for those that have switched to a PDI front mount they claim there is no going back. Remember that all turbo engines go so much better on a cold day before they have been placed under load and the intake air warms up. PDI front mount Intercooler efficiency is best in class and chill the boosted inlet air much closer to the ambient air temp than other options. We’ve done long hard beach runs with the engine at full load and pulled over to find the inlet manifold cold to touch.

10.01.2022 PDI 60 series intercooler year fit. The core has been fitted and utilises all the space we gave it, neatly fitting around air con hard piping, between the headlights and still not sitting too far forward. We had to remove some plastic from the grill at the bottom including lower securing clips but if you’ve ever fitted a front mount to a 60 you’ll understand that’s pretty impressive. The grill will be secured at the top three points and is held in place by the headlight chrome surround that sits in front of the grill. Hopefully have kits with all brackets, pipes and silicon ready to go before mid year.

06.01.2022 Our FTE converted manual FZJ105 is getting some attention to the body. The clear coat was almost completely gone from the bonnet and other areas, so it seemed to be a good time to splice in the VDJ79 scoop and a fresh coat of paint. We’ve also been driving around for too long without a snorkel so now that’s been fitted too. With 260kw at all wheels and loads of torque this cruiser is a pleasure to drive. Over the next few weeks we will finish it off and then do a video walk around for the various highlights that go together to make a complete package.

05.01.2022 60 series owners - first sample for the front mount kit has arrived. Please don't ask as it's already spoken for. Hopefully we will have a successful test fit this week and we can show some fitted pics next weekend. With a 565 x 300mm core face that's a bit over double the surface area of other kit options we have seen. Our core is 65mm thick to try fit behind the factory grill with minimum modifications. Also designed to work with the condenser in place - you can see from second pic how we have tried to fit around these pipes.
