Id like to reassure you of our restaurant actions and precautions regarding the current Coronavirus situation.... Please be assured that we are monitoring the situation closely to ensure its commitment to the health and safety of our team members and customers If the situation evolves and we do need to cancel any reservations we will notify customers all as soon as possible. Siamsamrarn Thai restaurant is adhering to relevant guidelines from Queensland Health and have also taken preventative steps including the following: - Increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitising high-touch surfaces such as menus, credit cards, door handles, touch screens, table cloth changing, sanitising all cushions in every time of used and regularly cleaning and sanitising all work benches Increasing the number of hand sanitiser dispensers throughout the business -100% full table service is provided to prevent touching on items eg.,Water jugs, condiments and disposable cutlery. - Ensuring that staff are taking orders from a distance of one meter while engaging with guests - Increased awareness on the importance of personal hygiene practices - Heightening hygiene and sanitation practices for guests and staff - All staff do carry or have access to hand sanitiser so all guests can request anytime. - All staff understand that they should not attend work if they feel unwell or display symptoms of the virus - Assisting any guest who displays symptoms of illness and coordinating transfers to a designated medical facility if necessary **We also request for the safety of our team that our guests follow the same guidelines and refrain from joining us if they are feeling unwell.** Self-Isolation Requirement We also remind everyone that the Federal Government has made self- isolation mandatory for all persons entering Australia from overseas. Anyone who is overseas or intending to travel needs to consider this and must comply with the self-isolation protocol and must not visit the Community for work, leisure or otherwise until the self-isolation period of 14 days has expired.
