22.01.2022 Last year, Permathene NZ assisted Ararimu, New Zealand Village Green to create these rustic park benched in the preparation for their 150th Anniversary celebrations held in February this year. It is wonderful to hear the positive comments from people in the community regarding the way this gabion project turned out to be.

19.01.2022 Tramsheds Harold Park was transformed from a historical Rozelle Tramway Depot into a contemporary community gathering place for food, shopping and recreational activities. Permathene Gabions were used as cladding for new retaining walls alongside the existing sandstone cliffs. This is part of the restoration of Tramway, as well as the construction of the new Harrold Park residential development.

18.01.2022 5 Senses Garden is a community garden and playground within Rhodes Park. It is a joint initiative between City of Canada Bay and Inner West Neighbour Aid. The garden was created with the intention of being an inclusive and environmentally sustainable space that fosters the local communitys health and well-being.

17.01.2022 Permathene gabions in this project contain heritage bricks from demolished buildings. The combination of brick and stone gives new life to old materials and creates a striking visual effect. This project has a lot of points of interest including water features, curved gabion retaining walls, and a playground.

15.01.2022 This is an interesting project, gabion columns were built next to the water feature inside Rooty Hill RSL, Permathene AL-10 mesh was powder coated to black and incorporated with metal framing to create a rustic look. These gabion columns also perform as a vertical planter feature allowing pot plants to be hung straight on the surface. #interiordesign #gabion #architectural Project was finished in 2015 and was built by Riverview Civil Contracting Pty Ltd

11.01.2022 These washrooms and shower block gabion walls were built by Riverview Civil Contracting Pty Ltd of Sydney for Rockdale City Council. The block is part of Gardiner Park, Banksia sports and recreation facilities. The gabion walls were built using our 75mm x 75mm in 4mm AL-TEN, 290 gsm coated (Al 10 Zn 90), 4mm wire. Connections were with spirals.

Inspired by nature, the buildings were designed to create and form a balance between organic and concrete. Many vibrant and modern landscaping elements were utilised in this project. Permathene gabions are used as facade elements, incorporated with flowing water, accentuating the primary corner of the complex.

05.01.2022 As part of the Cranebrook Shopping Village upgrade project, over 200m2 architectural gabions were installed around the parking lot and centre entry. The structure looks fantastic. The project was completed and open to the local community in late 2016. Gabions were supplied by Permathene and installed by Kyora Landscapes.
