Your trainer is exactly that, your trainer, they should meet your needs and requirements and structure the sessions to meet your goals not just inflict their opinions on you. Your trainer is your advisor, advising on better options and more effective training regimes. They should provide you with programs that supply something different, something that you yourself cannot achieve working by yourself. By working with your trainer a whole new experience is laid in front of you and together you will structure a path to follow and lay down foundations that will inevitably lead to success. So as you can see personal training has the ability to turn an ordinary program into an extraordinary experience. The question is how badly do you want to achieve your goals and can you afford not to be involved?
