18.01.2022 **UPDATE FRIDAY 10TH JANUARY** Following yesterdays emergency fire event, there is still a watch and act alert in place around the Park and no one is able to enter the area due to police road blocks. As no one is able to visit, the Aqua Park is now closed for the rest of the day. We will reschedule or issue gift cards for future use to anyone who is booked in today and has been unable to attend. Please note we are unable to answer the phone as staff cannot currently enter th...e park through the road blocks. You are welcome to email us at [email protected] for a later response but rest assured we will ensure everyone is able to use the tickets in the future. 15.01.2022 **COVID - 19 UPDATE. AQUA PARK CLOSED FOR THE SEASON** Due to the current and developing COVID-19 situation, the Aqua Park is closed for the remainder of the season. We will be individually contacting anyone who has an existing booking shortly. We will be back, bigger and better than ever next summer. The Wake Park remains open for now, with additional operational measures in place. Stay safe and thank you for your support.

06.01.2022 **COVID - 19 UPDATE. OPEN AS USUAL** We are monitoring updates and advice from the Australian Government Health Department surrounding the COVID - 19 virus. At present the only restrictions imposed are gatherings of 500 people or more. As we have significantly less people on site at any 1 time, we are open as usual. Our activities allow separation between customers, are outdoors and spread over a large site. We have implemented regular sanitising of surfaces, tablets and ...ensured hand sanitiser, soap and hand towels are readily available. We do ask that all waivers and bookings are completed online wherever possible to reduce the customer contact at the Park. Any bookings that are unable to be attended due to the virus will be transferred to a different date/time or a gift card will be issued for use anytime in the next 3 years. There is plenty of fun to be had so come down, support the Park and forget about the virus for an enjoyable, action packed visit. If you are unwell or experiencing any of the symptoms of the virus or have travelled overseas in the past 14 days, we ask that you do not visit the Park.
