The bitumen seal in the before photos is actually only 6 months old and was installed by dodgy contractors known as Bitumen bandits or Gypsies etc who travel state to state . The farm owner is elderly and was approached by these cons, knowing no better he thought it sounded good . Once we swept the job it showed 100m long strips of completely un coated base that they had just covered over with stone to hide . Be careful and choose your contractors wisely . Mark 0411237589
