15.01.2022 A recent End of Lease Clean. We carry out thorough washing of the entire bathroom from top to bottom. We dont simply wipe over with a cloth and spread the resting dust all over the place. Afterwards we use a wet vac to suck up all the dust, debris and accumulated hair. This makes a huge difference to the overall finish as there are no particles caught up in the tile grout, stuck in corners or around the edges of the toilet base which detract from a clean look and finish.

04.01.2022 Part of the carpet cleaning process involves pre-vacuuming. I use a commercial grade pile-lifting vacuum for the pre-vac. I then follow with pre-spray and machine agitation to work chemical into the pile. These pics illustrate the amount of sand, hair and other debris that the wet-agitation process picks up. You can see the amount of build-up on the plastic combs. It was clean prior to use.
