19.01.2022 Another reason why we do termite inspections in the rain. Prime example. sub-floor Termite Inspection. Over flow of water from next door neighbour, making this clients sub-floor very damp with moisture in the soil. Termites love moisture and Termites love houses. When was your last Termite inspection?

11.01.2022 Hey Everyone! Did a job the other day. Termites were found by the owner around the window and prior to calling up a professional pest controller. They had decided to spray insecticide around the window and open up the mud tubes.... Such actions will frighten the termites from the area making them harder to locate. They will come back later often to a different location in the building. Anything to do with termite please leave it up to the professionals! Picture is just a demonstration of what mud tubes look like. In case you have not seen them before. www.thepestposse.com.au

08.01.2022 A general pest treatment. Lifting up a kids playhouse to find 2 red backs and a bunch of egg sacs!

07.01.2022 Another Termite inspection. Sub-floor area. Found a significant leak under a bathroom area. That is affecting surrounding timber supports. These moisture areas encourage termites!

04.01.2022 While there is a lot of downtime at the moment due to corona virus. Why not further our education. Termidor is the no 1 product we use for termite treatments and prevention. The best product out there by far!

04.01.2022 Hope everyone is doing well out there! Been a while since we have posted anything. Been Flat Out! Would just like to post some very important information on why you need to have a Termite Inspection! We highly recommend annual inspections! Why do you need a Termite Inspection?... Termites are pretty sneaky and are experts at concealing their activity, often only becoming visible once significant damage has been done. Spotting the early signs of termite activity is a job for the professional termite inspector. If you think you have termites you need a termite inspection to confirm their presence and the extent of the problem. Even if you don’t have termites you should still have regular termite inspections A termite inspection is not just about detecting the presence of termites and termite damage, it will also determine any construction faults or conditions around the home conducive to termite activity vital information in preventing a termite attack.
