24.01.2022 Please be advised that at the request of local business owners, Towong Street and Banool Road on the CBD side of The Triangles is now a two hour parking zone. ...For those spending longer than two hours in town, all day parking is available on the other side of Towong Street, on any of the cross streets and in the laneways at the rear of the Tallangatta CBD. Disability Parking Permit Holders category one (blue) and category two (green) will, under Road Rule 206, be entitled to park in the time restricted bays for twice the indicated limit (4 hours). A big thank you to the Tallangatta community for your cooperation in helping make sure there are ample parking spaces for those visiting town. Monitoring the results helps us to better understand community needs and how Council is delivering on these. We value your feedback, please be assured all responses are confidential.
