25.01.2022 Well the trip to Naracoorte started well today with Ultimate Victory (Victor) winning Race 1 impressively at only his third start. Unfortunately Regina Del Dramma didn't get to race as they were called off due to the rain and state of the track. Congratulations to the connections of Victor, we are hopeful this is the start of a long career for him!

21.01.2022 Gawler identities John Martin along with Stephen and Gail Officer were part owners of Aussie Sojourn, an impressive winner at Gawler for Morphettville trainer Peter Blanch. Race to race double for jockey Dom Tourneur with a late pick up replacing Paul Gatt.

20.01.2022 Our old mate Zalmona was retired from our stables today after five years with us. A $42,000 Magic Millions Adelaide Yearling Sales purchase, he amassed over $347,000 in prize money and won the South Australian best performed racehorse for the 2018/2019 racing season. Known in our stables as the loveable larrikin, he is already missed but we are over the moon that he has gone to such a wonderful home for his life after racing. Enjoy our Moesy Ashleigh and I'm sure he will have a cheer squad at his first show jumping event as he has through his racing career.

13.01.2022 It’s been another successful week at Peter Blanch Racing this week with Muffla and Celtic Valour running second and third respectively at Murray Bridge on Wednesday and Azzureous running second at Morphettville yesterday in rather impressive fashion. Today however we have been honoured to be awarded 2019/2020 Racehorse of the Year by the Gawler And Barossa Jockey Club for Scare Campaign. We have had a wonderful day surrounded by fantastic people. Big thanks to Gawler Jockey Club, the owners group who make it possible for us to do what we do and of course the horse, Scaredy!

11.01.2022 Congratulations to the connections of Azzureous, winning his maiden today at Bordertown with Paul Gatt aboard. Thanks to Lana who rides his trackwork every day for all her hard work. Here's hoping today is the first win of many!

09.01.2022 Congratulations to owners John, Laura Reed, Gail and Steve on the impressive maiden win of Aussie Sojourn (Maisie) today at Gawler. A big thank you also to Clive Reed for his work with her and to our track rider Lana Lowery and Paul Gatt for all their work with this special filly. Thanks also to Dom Tourneur for a great ride today, hopefully this is the start of bigger things for this lovely girl.

07.01.2022 READY FOR VICTORY HANDS DOWN ULTIMATUM What a performance from READY FOR VICTORY’s first crop 3YO, Ultimate Victory in the Longmire Naracoorte, South Australia ...Horse of the Year Maiden over 1000m on Wedneday. Seriously, take a look at the race video after jumping from the widest gate, the Peter Blanch Racing trained youngster was forced to take a sit near the tail of the field, and was still spotting the favourite and long lead turning for home. However, after getting wound up by Dominic Tourneur over the final furlong, Ultimate Victory showed the same tenacity as his sire with a blistering finish to score. It was only the third start for the John Clegg bred READY FOR VICTORY galloper and he had raced greenly on both occasions. Ultimate Victory from the Bluebird mare, Lake Alexandrina is clearly an above average performer and we’re bound to see quite a bit more of him over the coming months. READY FOR VICTORY is also the sire of Gerald Ryan’s spring contender, Macleay, and will stand this season at a fee of just $4,400 no payment until live foal. See more

04.01.2022 It’s been a rewarding week at Peter Blanch Racing this week with three runners for two wins and a fast finishing second. Congratulations to all the connections of Azzureous(Taz) winning at Balaklava on Wednesday Cup Day over 2200m and Regina Del Dramma (Annie) winning today at Murray Bridge over 1200m. We were also thrilled with the run of Muffla running second over 1400m at only his second start, finishing strongly. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to message, it is very much appreciated!
