14.01.2022 Nothing has really changed. We still want leadership that cultivates kindness, calmness, trust and hope.

14.01.2022 I have an Asian friend and when sharing travel stories, we have often commented about how uncomfortable we feel about very old and very frail people working in food and wet markets. So we tend to measure the strength of a country by how they treat their their most vulnerable. Who are the most marginalised in your client and staff circles?; Who are the voiceless? How do we hear their voice?... What would happen if we used the extent to which we meet the needs and aspirations of the most marginalised as the #1 quality measure for service provision ? So well said Sarah Migliorano and all those at Cultural Perspectives Group

14.01.2022 I recently spent a wonderful day working with the Uki Refugee Project. Not only did I get to sit, converse and break home baked bread with a remarkable community of like minded, experienced, wise and caring people, I did so with the magnificence of Mt Warning as the scenic backdrop for our day together. More importantly I was privileged to gain a much deeper appreciation for what can one small village do. "Dear Peter, Thank you wholeheartedly for facilitating our planning wor...kshop on 14 March 2020. We really benefited from your personal sharing and caring approach. The session was respectful of our small refugee project. I really liked the way you helped us cherish our history and our present achievements and also be able to look towards the future. You sent us away with a kit bag of ideas and visions. All the participants enjoyed the day and found it very worthwhile. Your open communication style, highly relational approach and respect for diversity were evident strengths which contributed to the success of the day. We especially appreciated the way you set things up so that everyone could participate. Once again, thank you. Yours sincerely, Uki Refugee Project." See more
