23.01.2022 Over the years I have recorded some of my improvisations on the sitar, both in nature and at Sound Healing & Meditation Groups. You can listen to a collection of them here as a mini album on Youtube. Some of the tracks are healing music, others are simply immersive sound experiences. I hope you enjoy!

18.01.2022 Harmony of the Sun - Singing sounds in harmony with the sun, the earth and life. In this type of spontaneous sounding we are synchronising with the harmony and oneness of life. The sounds emerge purely from the present moment, from the heart, and form a flowing communion of energy with all nature and life. The mudra type gestures are another spontaneous energy expression that emerge freely with the sounds. And in a wonderful flow with the sounds, the changing light is creat...ed by the setting sun.
