23.01.2022 One of my friends enjoys driving steam trains and he does that twice a week. He would love to do more however he feels as though he can't because he would lose his pension and health care benefits. On http://peterpullar.org I share a few stories such as my experience of working with Brian Cabena who was dissatisfied with what the Australian government was doing so he created a community which got at least two government policies changed. I want to give people like my friend the opportunity to be inspired to go beyond those limitations.

23.01.2022 I visited Auntmaggies organic food shop in Balaclava. They had a lot of kale, several different varieties. I bought some delicious fresh certified organically grown turmeric, garlic and Kale.



10.01.2022 Ripe vegetables and fruits are often sold at a lower price so they will be bought before they become over-ripe and unsaleable. They are already at their peak flavour and nutritional state, and you are only paying for the ones which ripen well.

09.01.2022 I love seeing an abundant supply of ripe certified organic vegetables and fruits. There are many more than just these ones in the fridge.

08.01.2022 My lunch box is filled with colourful ripe raw vegetables and nuts. Cucumber, carrot, beetroot, mushrooms, kale, cabbage, cashews, broccoli and a small piece of ginger. All certified organically grown.

01.01.2022 A friend gave me a 500 gram container of fresh juicy sweet fruit salad. I very much appreciated his generosity. I also noticed that, except for the grapes, it consisted of only the soft flesh of the fruit. I usually eat at least some of the skin of many fruits and chewing on it is part of the enjoyment for me. Fortunately I had a piece of ginger which I could nibble on to help me more fully enjoy the texture and flavour of the treat.
