06.01.2022 Photographer Janet Craig captured the special connection between Shiba Inus Koto and Umi and owners Katie and David for Pet Project. Koto came into David and Katies lives in 2009 when Katies mum was receiving treatment for cancer and wanted company while she stayed at home. Sadly, Katies mum passed away in 2012 leaving her best friend Koto heart broken. To help Koto get over the loss they decided to introduce her to Umi and as they bonded Koto returned to her normal sel...f and as you can see from their portrait theyre now a happy family of four.
