We have purchased a brand new semi automated piece of equipment to help keep up with the demand for our chunky raw, in meal sizes. Like us, many of our customers are time poor.... You get out what you put in and as a result we have a product which we think is pretty special and will suit our customer’s needs. Available in two sizes for small and medium to large dogs. 17.01.2022 Wow what a day we had at Edinburgh today All PetZest stores were busy however we had to call in extra staff at Edinburgh to manage the influx of customers. We stayed back to answer quite literally over 100 fb messages with regard to our opening during the lock down.... Apologies for not answering the phone today but our priority was to serve customers queuing outside our store. Thank you to all our customers who waited so patiently today, some even in the hot sun outside So to answer further queries: Firstly do not panic. Yes we are essential! We will remain open at all stores over the next six days. We have plenty of meat and have extra staff on tmrw to pack and serve. Staff will be wearing masks for your safety. Hand wipes will be available in store for your use. Please observe social distancing rules particularly in the smaller stores. Masks are in short supply and as a result are not mandatory. Please don’t stress you will be served if you are not wearing one. Must importantly stay safe and only come out if you need to.
