20.02.2022 Pha's Thai will be closed until we get our results back... Yesterday we learned that Pha's was an exposure site so we are in isolation until everyone that was connected to this case has the all clear. We are hoping that by Thursday we'll be able to trade for Takeaway and then hopefully get back to normal soon after that. Unfortunately there is also a cross over with the Lott Cafe staff so we'll be unable to open until everyone there gets the all clear as well. ... We appreciate your patience and understanding.

02.02.2022 We'd Thought We'd Throw A "Lockdown Is Over Party", Wanna Come?... We might wait until the tight restrictions ease before we do that (it is in our plans, though). In the meantime, we'll be going back to dine-in service from Thursday, September 23. Our bookings page is open and ready to take bookings from this date forward, https://phasthai.com.au/reservations/. We are restricted to 31 guests, so we'll do two sittings each night with staggered bookings. The first sitting will... be from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm & the second sitting will be from 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm. We're looking forward to a somewhat normal life again. See you soon!

03.01.2022 We nearly made it... After sticking it out through the bushfires and a year and a half of COVID restrictions, we are finally in a position where we need to close... One of our staff members was called by NSW Health and has been listed as a close contact. We felt it was better to be safe than sorry, so we are all getting tested and will wait for the results to come back. Hopefully, we'll be back cooking for you tomorrow night. If not tomorrow, next week for sure. ... Thanks for your understanding .
