24.01.2022 Everyone’s talking about their phavourite Banh Mi’s. Well, we’re talking about our phav Phat Panda Roll instead. Crispy housemade pickles, extra long french baguette, specially made by our Vietnamese baker friends, stuffed with crunchy karaage chicken, spicy sriracha mayo, coriander and extra chilli if you dare. We also make our own patê here in store for our pork panda rolls, using an age old recipe that Tu has made for decades. 23.01.2022 You know what’s best about our Phat Panda Skinny bowls? We think it’s the phreshly pickled carrots, crunchy purple cabbage, tender marinated beef, phried wonton sprinkles and vermicelli noodles. There’s not much we don’t think is phabulous about this dish. You can also ask for the tangy shantung dipping sauce to come with extra chilli to totally top it off. One of our phavs Our take on the Vietnamese warm noodle salad, Bún ch, is the perfect dish for when it’s cold outside but you still want something warm and healthy for lunch. Hot beef, warm noodles and fresh salad with crunchy peanuts and wonton sprinkles and a spicy tangy sauce is just the ticket for our sunny but cold days.
