24.01.2022 Thanjs to all my beautiful customers for bringing in the lemons and other fruits, seems that bundy has had a bumper citrus crop this year. I made this "lemon meringue cheesecake" with home grown lemons and farm fresh free range eggs.

08.01.2022 A huge thanjs to one of our lovely customers. Tess brings in fresh eggs from her chooks each week. Her chooks must be the happiest chooks around. The eggs this week averaged 75g up with one coming in at 92g. Also a double yolker. beside it is a sausage standard size.

04.01.2022 Yesterday a couple of customer's dropped in with some goodies. There is birds eye chilies (lots of birds eye's) scotch bonnets, habinaro. Carolina Reapers and naga vipers. I've found some recipes. So tomorrow I'll glove up and get started some of the hottest chili sauce I've ever made. I'll keep ya posted.

03.01.2022 I dont know if you know but i love food. And i especially love a good pie. So when one of my great customers suggested i make a special pie for his smoko, of course i said yes. He suggested a "corned beef and white sauce pie". The outcome was slow cooked corned beef in white onion sauce with fried cabbage on top. Probably not for everyone but OMG it was brilliant.
